BEEN DISCUSSED UP TO THIS POINT.

MR. GENTILE TOLD THE BOARD THAT MR. VOS WAS NOT A SUB-
CONTRACTOR BUT AN EMPLOYEE.
MR. COOPER ASKED MR. GENTILE TO PROVIDE THE BOARD SECRETARY
WITH THE PROP.ER PAPER WORK IN REGARDS TO MR. VOS WORKING AS
