VICE CHAIRMAN DERNBACH SWORE IN MR, GENTILE. DISCUSSION FOLLOWED WITH THE BOARD SECRETARY EXPLAINING WHAT THE PROBLEMS WERE AND WHY MR. GENTILE COULD NOT QUALIFY DESIGN CARPETS. VICE CHAIRMAN DERNBACH SWORE IN MR. GUIDO GREGORIS, SUPERINTENDENT FOR PACE 2000. FINDING OF FACTS - FRANK GENTILE/D~IGN CARPETS MOTION BY MR. CAPP, SECONDED BY MR. NEUBERGER THAT FRANK GENTILE, ON JULY 7TH, VIOLATED SEBASTIAN CITY CODE ?-99(A & B), UNLICENSED CONTRACTOR AND,USE.OF UNLICENSED CONTRACTOR. DISCUSSION~ MR. NEUBERGER POINTED OUT THAT 7-99(B) HAD NOT BEEN DISCUSSED UP TO THIS POINT. MR. NEUBERGER WITHDREW HIS SECOND. MR. CAPP WITHDREW HIS MOTION. VICE CHAIRMAN DERNBACH REMINDED MR. GENTILE THAT HE WAS STILL UNDER OATH. IT WAS NOTED THAT MR. LEE VOS WAS ACTUALLY THE PERSON PERFORMING THE LABOR ON THE SITE. MR. GENTILE TOLD THE BOARD THAT MR. VOS WAS NOT A SUB- CONTRACTOR BUT AN EMPLOYEE. MR. COOPER ASKED MR. GENTILE TO PROVIDE THE BOARD SECRETARY WITH THE PROP.ER PAPER WORK IN REGARDS TO MR. VOS WORKING AS AN EMPLOYEE. FINDINGS OF FACT MOTION BY MR. CAPP, SECONDED BY MR.
