to wafve the confidentality of your examination papers and grades.
Therefore, copies have not been mailed to your attorney.
I have tried a number of times to reach you by phone, but have been un-
able to do so. 1 respectfully request that an answer be submitted
promptly as the city offices will be closed'Friday, November ll, 1983,
and the hearing is scheduled for Monday, November 14, 1983.
