ATTORNEY TORPY TOLD THE BOARD THAT IF PROPER NOTICE HAS BEEN
GIVEN AND THE PERSON DOES NOT APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD!'THAT
THE BOARD PROCEED WITH THE CASE. HE FELT THAT WHEN THE BOARD
KEEPS CONTINUING CASES IT PUTS THE CITY INTO A STALEMATE
POSITION.

SPECIFIC DETAILS TO THE BOARD.
VICE CHAIRMAN DERNBACH NOTED THAT THE VIOLATIONS IN THIS CASE
HAD BEEN DISPOSED OF, THAT THE BOARD WANTED TO SEE WHA~ DATE
JOHN FINNIGAN JR. PULLED HIS LICENSE FROM AETNA TO SEE IF THE
CONTRACT WAS SIGNED AFTER THAT DATE AND IF MR. FINNIG-AN
HAD BEEN ACTING AS A CONTRACTOR WITHOUT A LICENSE~
THE BOARD SECRETARY TOLD THE BOARD THAT JOHN FINNIGAN CEASED
QUALIFYING AETNA IN JUNE OF 1991. (CORRECT DATE IS JULY,
1991.)
