BUILDING OFFICIALMATTERS:
JEFFREY ASSAD (Licensed stucco contractor) is requesting to be authorized to install marble
window sills.
Mr. Bonacei spoke on Mr. Assad's behalf since Mr. Assad had a death in the family.
There was discussion on this issue.
MOTION by Hearne/Doyle
I make a motion that would approve Mr. Assad just to install marble window sills only,
without taki~ a Block Exam.

Mr. Bonacci informed the Board mem~ that when Resolution 0-97-78 was written, tho word
City Attorney for an opinion as to whether it should be reworded or can stand as it is.
BOARD MATTER~:
Mr, Hearne asked if the~ was a position within th~ City for an Engineer .Inspector. Mr. Bonacci
responded that this catogory is going to be opened, the position adverti~od, and it will be a Field
Inspector strictly for eogineering.
