MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
DECEMBER 11, 2001
Acting Chairman Louis Nicolini called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said.

MOTION by Morris/AIIocco
i make a motion that we approve the minutes from the last meeting.
A voice vote was taken. 7 - 0, motion carried.

EXPERIOR EXAM:
1, Diggs, Justin P. I Building Contractor
Justin P. Diggs, 365 35th Court, Southwest Vero Beach, FL was present and was sworn
in by the Acting Chairman at 7:04 P.M., and all other applicants present were sworn at
the same time.
MOTION by Allocco/Fox
I'd like to make a motion that we allow Mr. Diggs to take the Experior Exam for
Building Contractor.

2. Strickland II, Kenneth G. I Aluminum
Kenneth Strickland II, 910 19th St. #3, Vero Beach, FL was present and was sworn in by
Acting Chmn. Nicolini at 7:04 P.M.
Mr. Strickland responded satisfactorily to all questions for the Board.
MOTION by Fox/Neuberger
I would make a motion that the Board approve Kenneth G. Strickland II to take
his specialty contractor exam for Aluminum.

The vote was 7 - 0. Motion carried.
3. Arcure Jr., Angelo I Aluminum- Concrete
Angelo Arcure was not present, and since this is the second scheduled meeting he has
missed, he will be required to reapply. Board members agreed to move his application
to the last item on the agenda in case he arrived late.
4. Schrager, Ronald I Painting
Ronald Schrager, 1880 Bay Road, Vero Beach, FL was present and was sworn in at
7:04 P.M. by Acting Chmn. Nicolini.
MOTION by Morris/Garland
I make a motion that we nominate Mr. Schrager to take the Experior Exam for the
Painting Contractor specialty license.

Mr, Arcure was not present, and it was noted that he will be required to reapply for the
Experior Exam.
BOARD MA ..*0',. ERS:
Mr. Neuberger commented on the unavailability of, and the lack of workman's comp
insurance, and the recent changes in the insurance industry. This issue was discussed.
RECORD SCORES IN ~C,.0REBOOK:
Meredith Fox and Scoff Taylor recorded the scores in the scorebook.
There was a brief discussion about the revised application form being proposed.
Acting Chmn. Nicolini adjourned the meeting at 7:34 P.M.
