STRNAD - UNEXCUSED ALSO PRESENT: BRUCE COOPER, DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, JOHN ENRICH, CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. APPROVAL OF MINUTES MOTION BY MR. L!NDSEY, SECONDED BY MR. FUNCTIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE NEW MEMBERS. ATTORNEY ~U,.~._~ TOLD THE BOARD THAT THE LIEN ORDER WOULD HAVE TO BE CHANGED TO REFLECT THE FIXED AMOUNT AND ASKED THE BOARD TO {SIVE HiM AUTHORITY TO MAKE THOSE CHANGES. MOTION BY MR. LiNDSEY, SECONDED BY MR. VICEERS TO GIVE ATTORNEY LULICH THE AUTHORITY TO UPDATE THE ~JTANDARD LIEN AND ORDERS. CARRIED. NEW BUSINESS: CASE NO. 88-1328 - HUSSAIN, CLASSIC BUILDERS MR. COOPS}{ TOLD THE BOARD THAT MR. HUSSAIN HAS COMPLIED WITH THE ORIGINAL ORDER AS OF THIS MORNING AND THAT THIS CASE WOULD BE CLOSED BY THE STAFF INTERNALLY. ATTORNEY LUL!CH WELCOMED THE NEW MEMBERS TO THE BOARD. THERE WAS A BRIEF DISCUSSION CONCERNING THE CHANGE OF MEETING DATES. THERE WiLl, BE FURTHER DiSCUSSiON AT THE DECEMBER MEETING. C~2~DE ENFORCEMENT BOARD - NOVEMBER !6, !922 THE EI, ECT'iON OF CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN WAS DISCUSSED AND iT WAS THE FEELING OF THE BOARD TO POSTPONE THIS UNTIL THE DE~E~ER i:~EEYiSG WHEN THERE WOULD BE A FULL BOARD IN ATTENDANCE. MOTION BY MR. LINDSEY, SECONDED BY MR. FISCHER TO POSTPONE THE ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN 8N'rIL THE DECEMBER MEETING AND THAT THE SECRETARY PUT A NOTE IN DECEMBERS PACKET THAT EVERYONE BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THE MEETING.
