Bid Opening Agenda
Good afternoon, my name is Jessica Graham, Procurement Manager for the City of Sebastian.
Today is Thursday, August 14, 2025, and the time is approximately 2:11 pm Local Time. We are
here for the Bid Opening of 25-18-ITB, Citywide Pavement Maintenance and Rehabilitative
Services. Bids were due today at 2:00 pm Local Time. Please note that no late bids will be accepted.
After this meeting, the bids will be reviewed and evaluated. All communication regarding the
evaluation process will be posted on VendorLink
Please remember the Cone of Silence is in effect until the bid is awarded. The Tentative award date
is September 24, 2025.
