on 12/10/2021 by and between the State of Florida, Department of Transportation(“Department”), and City of Sebastian ,
(“Agency”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Public Transportation Grant Agreement is hereby closed. Final pay ment on
the contract has been paid. No additional services or charges are authorized against this contract beyond the date of exe cution of
this form. The following amount is the remaining balance to be recovered from this contract $45,161.30 .
