forth in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 701, Pages 2015 through
2103, inclusive, and all exhibits and amendments thereto, all recorded in the Public Records of Indian
River County, Florida.

RELEASE
Pursuant to Resolution No. R-21-15, the City of Sebastian approved participation in the Parking -in -
Lieu Program, and Lien Agreement & Covenant Running with the Land for Timothy C. McNamee
and Patricia Zambelli, owners of the property located at 1623 U.S. Highway #1, Unit A-3, Sebastian,
Florida, on July 29, 2021. Pursuant to the Lien Agreement, the owner agreed and made monthly
payments to the City of Sebastian. The lien for the above property was fully satisfied and paid in full
to the terms of said Lien Agreement.
ACCORDINGLY, the PARKING -IN -LIEU LIEN AND COVENANT RUNNING WITH THE
LAND with the effective date of July 29, 2021, and recorded on August 4, 2021 at BK: 3450 PG:
1227, Page 1 to 8 in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida is hereby RELEASED.
