Dear Subdivision Representatives,
The Office of the Attorney General through our escrow agent, Wilmington Trust, issued a payment
a payment by wire transfer in the amount of $9,709.82 on January 22, 2026. This payment is the
City's portion of the city/ county fund relating to the Opioids Walmart settlement.
Please forward this to your Finance and Accounting Department and any personnel involved in
the process of these Opioid funds.
Additionally, we are in the final stages of processing the Year 4 (2025) payments which should be
disbursed in the next week or two.
We greatly appreciate your assistance in this settlement distribution process.
