Description of Assignment: Kimley-Horn will coordinate with Bowman Consulting Group LTD to survey the remaining areas of Riverview Park east located east of US Hwy 1 and west of the Indian river near the intersection of US Hwy 1 and Harrison Street in the City of Sebastian . The areas of services are defined by the limits of Exhibit A below: The services/project will consist of: Task 1 – Riverview Park Additional Surveying Kimley-Horn will coordinate topographic & tree survey with Bowman Consulting and review deliverables listed below to be used for final construction documentation of the Riverview Master Plan concept. • Prepare a Topographic Survey, as defined in Chapter 5J17 -05 of the Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). • The topographic limits of the survey are as shown on Exhibit “A” (Included). • Locate limits of pavement, fences, lights, all overhead and visible signs of underground utilities, and all other physical features. Document ID: 1958BCA3FB1D90F2524E48BC8E57A90A CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA WORK AUTHORIZATION FORM CONSULTANT SERVICE AGREEMENT (CSA) Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. - CSA #12 Page 2 of 2 • Locate and identify all drainage structures, including rim and invert elevation, pipe size and type, and direction of flow. • Elevations will be collected at an interval suitable for generating 1 -foot contours. • Establish or recover a minimum of three (3) permanent survey control points for the purpose of control, within the proposed project area. • Horizontal datum shall reference the Florida State Plane Coordinate System NAD 83/2011 FL East. • Vertical datum shall be referenced NAVD88. • Locate and identify all trees PROJECT UNDERSTANDING 1.
