CUNDIFF made application to the City of Sebastian to change the zoning on the following described real property from R-1 t° R-2., and. WHEREAS, ALLEN E. MUMMi made application to the City of Sebastian to change the Zoning on the following described real property from R-2 to M-l, andl WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of the City of Sebastian made its investigation of said zoning applications and recommended approval thereof and further ~eoommended that not only the lots owned by ALLEN E. MUMM but all of Block 4 of Sebastian Grove Estates be re-zoned M-l, and WHEREAS, the Sebastian said zoning applications and City Council favorably considered =ecommendations of the Zoning Board at its regular meeting on Monday, January 10, 1977~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE'CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, aS follows: 1. The following described real property, owned by W. E. CUNDIFF, is hereby re-zoned from R-1 to R-2, to-wit: The North 24 acres! of the Northwest Quarter /~"~ of ~he Southwest ~arter of Section 6, Township ...... 31 South, Range 39! East, LESS AND EXCEPT the West 291 feet thereof~ said land situate in Indian River County, Florida. 2. The following descjribed real property, including Lots 12 and 13 thereof owned by ALLEN E. MUMM, is hereby rezoned from R-2 to M-l, to-wit: All of Block 4, Sebastian Grove Estates, according to the Plat thereof recorded in ~he office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of indian River County, Florida. 3. The City Clerk o~ the City of Sebastian is hereby authorized and directed to ~uend the official zoning map to reflect the above zoning ch~ges. 4. Ali other provis~ons of Ordinance No. 202, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect, and there is no attempt to amend said Ordinance in any respect except as hereinbefore set forth and by subsequent amendments. 5. All ordinances, Or parts of ordinances, in conflict herewith or inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance, are hereby repealed.
