AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF
THE CITY OF SEBASTiAN TO ANNEX A TRACT OF
LAND AND EXPRESSING THE DESIRE OF SAID
CITY TO CHANGE ITS TERRITORiAL LIMITS BY
THE ANNEXATION OF AN UNINCORPORATED
TRACT OF LAND LYING CONTIGUOUS THERETO
AND WITHIN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1
That the City of Sebastian does herewith declare its intention to
annex the following described property, and the City does herewith express
its desire to change its territorial limits by the annexation of an unincor-
porated tract of land lying contiguous thereto and within Indian River County,
Florida, which said lands are described as follows:
1. All that part of Easy Street as shown on the plat of
Sebastian Highlands, recorded in Plat Book 5, pages 14
and 15, in the offi ce of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Indian River County, Florida, which lies South of the
North line of the Trans-Florida Railroad right of 'way.
2. All that part of Barber Street as shown on the plat
of Sebastian Highlands, Unit 2, recorded in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County,
Florida, in Plat Book 5, pages 34, 35, 36 and 37, that
lies South of the North line of the right of way of the
Trans-Florida Railroad.
3. All that part of the West half of Section 13, Township
31 South, Range $8 East, that lies South of the North
right of way line of State Road 512.
4. The South half of the Northeast quarter of the South-
east quarter of Section 13, Township $1 South, Range 38
East.
5. All of Section 24, Township 31 South, Range 38 East.
6. The Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter and
the Southeast quarter of Section 23, Township 31 South,
Range 38 East.
7. The North half and the North half of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter, less the South 100 feet
thereof, in Section 25, Township 31 South, Range 38
East.
8. The North half of the Northeast quarter of Section
26, Township 31 South, Range 39 East.

9. The Southwest quarter of Section 19, Township 31
South, Range 39 East.
10. The North half of the Northwest quarter of Section
$0, Township 31 South, Range 39 East.
That the City has determined that said above described tract of
land contains less than ten (10) registered voters.
SBCTION 2
That the City of Sebastian does herewith declare its intention to
annex the above described tract of land to the City of Sebastian in order that
the same shall be within the corporate limits of the City of Sebastian at the
expiration of thirty ($0) days from the approval of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith or
inconsistent with the provisions of this Ord/nance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
its passage and approval by the Mayor, or upon its becoming a law without
such approval.
