This letter is to advise you that DISH's License #771055 at the above -referenced site has been terminated
due to DISH's non-payment and related defaults. Accordingly, the associated revenue share payable to you
under the lease has ceased.
Please note that DISH's non-payment dates back to prior months, and you may have received revenue share
payments in error for DISH revenue that Crown did not actually receive. If an overpayment is confirmed, we
will provide a separate letter detailing the specific amount overpaid.
Other than as stated, this will not impact any other amounts payable to you pursuant to the terms of the
lease.
