O-00-13 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA ADOPTING AN AMENDED BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1999 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2000 AS PROVIDED FOR iN EXHIBIT "A": PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on September 23, 1999, the City of Sebastian adopted Ordinance No. O-99-16 providing for the adoption of the City's 1999-00 budget; and WHEREAS, an analysis of the revenues and expenditures for the six (6) months ended March 31, 2000 has indicated that some adjustments are necessary, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1. The budget of the City of Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 1999 and ending September 30, 2000 be amended, a copy of which is attached hereto and more particularly identified as Exhibit "A", which are hereby adopted and the revised appropriations set out therein are hereby made to maintain and carry on the govermnent of the City of Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida. Section 2. If any clause, section, or other part of this Ordinance shall be held by any Court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, such unconstitutional or invalid part shall be considered as eliminated and shall in no way affect the validity of the other provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 4. It was moved for adoption by Councilmember ~. The motion was seconded by Councilmember ct/7/~ being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: r This Ordinance shall be come effective on April 1, 2000. and, upon Mayor Walter Barnes Vice-Mayor Ben Bishop Councilmember Joe Barczyk Councilmember Ed Majcher Councilmember James A.
