Good Morning Jessica,
I will be handling your account moving forward. I am following up with a recommendation and
proposal after reviewing the last 12 months of meter usage.
I have attached a brochure and lease agreement for the SendPro C Auto, which is a like-for-like
replacement with a few minor changes (see underlined) :
-5lb scale
-Electronic Return Receipt enabled with Barcode Scanner
-95 letters per minute processing speed (you currently have a speed upgrade to 120 lpm but
you won’t notice much difference)
-Shipping Label Printer – so you can print USPS shipping labels directly from your postage
meter w/additional PB discounts (see page 7 of brochure). This does not use or require an
extra ink cartridge as it is a thermal label printer.
We will have a brand new meter installed as required by the state contract agreement and to ensure
you have the latest technology and software.
Pricing was procured using the State of Florida Contract #44102100-17-1 state contract
agreement. The new lease commencement date is 12/15/25 if you renew by end October 31.
This lease includes a Service Level Agreement. This also includes professional installation – we will
box up the old one, install the new one, and show you how to use it. Upon signature, you will receive
UPS delivery of the new meter in 3-5 business days and then our technician will contact you to
schedule onsite installation and training.
If any additional assistance is needed or you have any questions, please let me know.
Otherwise please have the attached contract signed and returned to me. Please be sure all line
items are included (sign, print name, title, date and email) and do not markup the contract
elsewhere. I can also send this over for electronic signature upon request. Thank you.
