SAID LAND LYING WEST OF ROSELAND ROAD (SR 505) .... ~: !.,..~ AND RUNNING TO THE SHORES OF THE SEBASTIAN ::'-~-"::,'~ RIVER; CONTAINING 15 7 ACRES, MORE OR .... ~: ~' WHEREAS, the sole owners of that certain parcel ~ of~:~:~operty described hereinafter have petitioned the City of Sebastian to voluntarily annex this property; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the petition bears the signatures of all owners of property in the area proposed to be annexed; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous to the City of Sebastian, and will not result in the creation of an enclave; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the area proposed to be annexed constitutes a reasonably compact addition to the incorporated territory of the City of Sebastian; and WHEREAS,the City Council finds and determines that the annexaction of said property is in the best interests of the City of Sebastian. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I.
