AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING A TRACT OF LAND

LAND LYING WEST OF ROSELAND ROAD (SR 505)

.... ~: ~' WHEREAS, the sole owners of that certain parcel
~ of~:~:~operty described hereinafter have petitioned the
City of Sebastian to voluntarily annex this property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines
that the petition bears the signatures of all owners of
property in the area proposed to be annexed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines
that the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous to
the City of Sebastian, and will not result in the creation
of an enclave; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines
that the area proposed to be annexed constitutes a reasonably
compact addition to the incorporated territory of the
City of Sebastian; and
WHEREAS,the City Council finds and determines
that the annexaction of said property is in the best interests
of the City of Sebastian.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
That the following described property, now lying
and being in. the unincorporated area of Indian River County,
Florida, is hereby annexed to the City of Sebastian, Florida, and
the boundary lines of said City are hereby redefined to include
said property, which is described as follows:

28 of the Fleming Grant Township 31 South, Range
39E, more particularly described as follows:
More fully described in Schedule "A" attached.

to the Collier Creek Bridge on Roseland Road;

of-way of Roseland Road to the True Point of Beginning.

Commencing at a point being the intersection of the

being on the Westerly Right-of-way of Roseland Road and
