SUBJECT: Notice to Proceed with Construction Contract # 26-03-ITB
Frazier Contracting, LLC, is hereby notified to begin work per the contract on March 17, 2026.
All work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract terms.
• Substantial Completion: Due within 120 calendar days — by July 17, 2026
• Final Completion: Due within 150 calendar days — by August 14, 2026
Note: Completion dates account for days the City of Sebastian is closed.
Per Paragraph 16.1 of the agreement, liquidated damages are $100.00 per calendar day.
