DESCRIPTION:
This Change Order is being issued to accomplish the following:
1. Contract Time Extension: This change order extends contract time to allow permanent markings, which require a
30-day asphalt curing period. Substantial completion was achieved on February 15, 2026; the extension covers
only the permanent markings and remaining punch-list work.
