HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-87-04NO. o-87- AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, REZONING FROM INDIAN RIVER COUNTY RM-6 (MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, SIX UNITS PER ACRE), TO LIMITED COMMERCIAL (CL) FOR THAT PORTION OF LOTS 19, 20, AND 21, LYING EAST OF U.S. HIGHWAY NO. 1 AND WEST OF THE FLEMING GRANT LINE OF WAUREGAN SUBDIVISION, WHICH PROPERTY IS GENERALLY EAST AND NORTHEAST OF THE SAINT SEBASTIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I That the following described real property is hereby rezoned Indian River County RM-6 (Medium Density Residential, six units per acre) to Limited Commercial (CL): "That portion of lots 19, 20, and 21, lying East of U.S. Highway #1 and West of the Fleming Grant Line of WAUREGAN SUBDIVISION. Said Land now lying within the City Limits of the City of Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida." This land comprises approximately 1.98 acres. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon final passage after the public hearing hereon. - A~TEST: CITY OF.SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA L.
