AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA,
REZONING FROM COUNTY ROSE 4 TO PUBLIC SERVICE (PS)
A PARCEL OF PROPERTY IN THE A.A. BERRY SUBDIVISION,
WEST OF U.S. HIGHWAY #1 AND EAST OF DALE STREET, IN
THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, COMPRISING APPROXIMATELY 2.65 ACRES;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I
The zoning classification of Indian River County Rose 4 is
hereby changed to Public Service (PS) for the following described
parcel of land consisting of 2.65 acres, more or less:
The South 320 feet of Lot 17 in Section 30, according
to Berry Subdivision of the Carter Survey of the
Fleming Grant, Township 30 South, Range 38 East, less
and except private and public roadways, said land lying
and being in the City of Sebastian, Indian River
County, Florida.
The property is West of U.S. Highway #1, East of Dale
Street, in the North part of the City.
SECTION II
EFFECTIV_~ DATE~ This Ordinance shall be effective
immediately after passage by the City Council.
