HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-01-62RESOLUTION NO. R-01-62 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, DISSOLVING A LAPSED COMMITTEES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT & EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time established standing committees to assist in the business of the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the list of standing committees and determined that inactive bodies should be formally dissolved; NOW THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, as follows: Section 1. The Cemetery Committee ~ +,he ,a~.~: ..... .~ Comm.;2~ee ~c ,-~.~ ~.-., ^+* c~,..~. ..... is hereby dissolved and disbanded. Section 2. are hereby repealed. Section 3. CONFLICT. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith EFFECTIVE DATE. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
