Home My WebLink AboutR-76-13A R E S :0 L :U :T' I 0 N WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Sebastian, Florida, passed ReSolution No. R-76-13 on September 22, 1976, setting the tax millage 'for the. fiscal year 1977, and WHEREAS, said resolution was intended to set the tax millage for tke fiscal year 1976; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, BY AND THROUGH ITS CITY C©UNCIL, as follows: 1. ReSolution No. R-76-13, dated September 22, 1976, is hereby amended by ckanging the fiscal year from 1977 to 1976 where applicable. 2. All other provisions of Resolution No. R-76-13 shall remain in full force .and effect. ATTEST: City Clerk F.
