HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-81-31RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION PROVIDING AND ESTABLISHING AN INTERIM BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1981, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1982. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the interim budget for the City of Sebastian for the twelve-month period beginning October 1, 1981, and ending September 30, 1982, known as fiscal year 1982, is herewith and herein adopted on this date in accordance with a copy of the same attached hereto and as such made a part of this resolution. SECTION II. Each estimated unexpended fund balance at the end of the budget period as set forth herein is herewith set up and established as a contingency or emergency fund for the fiscal period and each item containing a notation of contingency or emergency restrictions, is herewith set up and established as a contingency fund for the fiscal period and no contingency item shall be encumbered, expended or any contract entered into to expend same except in the manner provided by law. SECTION III. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon becoming law.
