A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY OF
AD VALOREM TAXES IN THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN,
FLORIDA, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1982.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA as follows:
SECTION I.
The City of Sebastian, Florida, does hereby levy a
proposed ad valorem tax of ~. 8~/~mills upon each $1,000.00
dollars of valuation of real and tangible personal property
within the City limits of said City subject to taxation of
the first day of January, 1982, for the purpose of providing
current operating expenses of said City and which tax shall
be assessed and collected in the manner provided by law.
SECTION II.
It shall be the duty of the Finance Director of
the City of Sebastian to deposit the proceeds of the above
tax levy into a separate account provided by law and to keep
such account thereof and make such payments therefrom as
shall from time to time be directed by the Council.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Sebastian,
