& RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE CiTY
OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 1993v AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1994~
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE
OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN AND
ALL OF ITS DEPARTMENTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1994, SUCH APPROPRIATIONS BEING FROM
ANTICIPATED REVENUE~ PROVIDING FOR DELINQUENT TAXES
COLLECTED DURING THE ENSUING FISCAL YEAR AS PROCEEDS FROM
LEVIES OF OPERATION MILLAGES OF PRIOR YE&RS TO BE
APPROPRIATED FOR THE USE OF THE GENERAL FUNDj PROVIDING
FOR REPEAL OF RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH~ PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY~ AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, THAT:
S.ection 1. The following information is the summary of
the amended annual budget for the city of Sebastian for the
Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 1993, and ending September
30, 1994, which budget is hereby confirmed, adopted and
approved in all respects. Said budget is amended to provide
required funds for capital outlays, operating expenses,
expenditures for materials, labor, equipment, supplies, and
contingent expenses of said City.

Section 2._ The salaries set forth in said budget are
adopted and reflect the collective bargaining agreements with
the Communication Workers of America and Fraternal Order of
Police.
Section 3. The funds and monies necessary to meet the
appropriations stipulated by and in said budget are hereby
expressly appropriated out of anticipated revenues not
otherwise appropriated.
~ecti0n 4. All delinquent taxes collected during the
ensuing fiscal year as proceeds from levies of operation
millages of prior years are hereby specifically appropriated
for the use of the General Fund.
~ If any clause, section, or other part of this
Resolution shall be held by any court of competent jurisdiction
to be unconstitutional or invalid, such unconstitutional or
invalid part shall be eliminated and shall in no way effect the
validity of the other parts of this Resolution.
~ EFFECTIVE DATE. This Resolution shall
become immediately effective Upon its passage and adoption.
