Re: Collier Club Preliminary Plan Approval
Dear Mr. Mechling:
On April 15, 1998, the City Council of the City ("City Council") approved the preliminary plan for
Collier Club Phase I. In discussions prior to the you agreed, on behalf of Onsite Management Group,
Inc. ("Developer"), to provide during Phase I construction, until subsequent phasing
allows for installation of the previously approved Drive emergency access. As the enclosed minutes
evidence, the motion to approve the Preliminary Plan for Phase I did not include the underlined language.
Accordingly, the resolution approving the Phase Plan does not reflect you agreement concerning the
timing for maintenance of this temporary access.
