A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT~
COUNTY, FLORIDA EXPRESSING
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY OF THE
TAX AUTHORIZED PURSUANT
STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR AN
WHEREAS, the 1987 Florida Legisla
