Recreation Advisory Committee
May 20, 2002
Called to order by the Chairman:
Roll Call: The following members were present
William Ingui
Jeanne Jessup, absent
Jayne Barczyk, absent excused
Julianne Barrett
Elizabeth Gray, Alternate,
Staff members present were Linda Kinchen, Recording Secretary, Chris McCarthy, Parks
Superintendent,
Mr. Ingui goes over the minutes and asks for comments or concerns. A motion to approve
the minutes of April 29, 2002 was made by Mr. Ingui second by Mrs. Gray, approved
unanimously.
Old Business: None
New Business: Zone A Input — No Public Comments
Zone C Input — representative absent so public input was opened up for all
Three zones — no public comments.
Sal Neglia spoke regarding his zone and wanted to know what if anything was planned
for Azine and Columbia.
Mrs. Barrett say she felt the comment from the public about disturbing animals in the
parks when walks are installed was going a little overboard.
The next meeting was scheduled for June 24th, 2002.
Meeting adjourned at 6 PM
