RESOLVf~D, that the City of Sebastian permit the cos- .'~-.
struction and erection of two signs to be placed within the ."
C~.ty of Sebastian, Florida, advertising Pelican ~sland; and that
%he City of ~ebast~an agrees t:o maintain said s~.gns after %hey
have been constructed and erected; provided, however, the expense
of such maintenance on the part of %he City of Sebastlan As to
include only painting of said s~gns every second or third year
as may be needed;
Provided further, that if sa~d signs are destroyed by
wand, fire or flood, or similar destruction, said destruction is
to be considered an act of God; and the City of Sebastian wall
not be responsible for replacing said signs.
The foregoing RESOLUTION was dully seconded by Counsel-
man Taylor, and upon being put to a vote was unanimously adopted,
