I have spoken with Jeff smith at the County Utility Billing Office regarding the Sebastian Public ServiCe
the county was instructed to charge the tax
service tax the City pays is revolving since we

to all water accounts regardless of exemption. However, the
pay it out, it comes right back in via remittance by the County to the City.
I have informed Mr. Smith that we will put together a spreadsheet of our water accounts, fax it to him,

Exempt Salary Survey
Attached please find the salary scales that were requested by Council.
The first scale represents a 3% increase per year canting the steps out for fit~een (15) years of
employment. This scale does not include any cost of living increases. Cost of living increases
would be added to the scale each year as the years progress.
The second scale represents a 5% increase per year carrying the steps out for fit~een (15) years of
employment. This scale includes a cost of living allowance.
It is recommended that we utilize scale number 2 which only pertains to salaried employees and
not track the CWA Agreement.
