The Vice-Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

a. Public Hearinq
CWN, LLC (C.N. Kirrie) in regards to Lots 16, 27 and 28, Fleming Grant,
Section 30 at 129th Street, is requesting the following variances:
1. Modification of the required buffer along the project perimeter that
abuts conservation land.
2. Utilization of bamboo to satisfy the landscape requirements along
the east and west perimeters of the north five acre tract.
3. Driveways to be 6" stabilized base rather than concrete or asphalt.
4. Parking areas to be porous rather than concrete, asphalt or other
comparable material.
Bruce Uoia, Mosby and Associates, and Chris Kirrie addressed City Council on
the variance items requested.

"Move to approve questions 1 and 2 and deny questions 3 and 4."
