Banners can be free ~,_./ --floating (i.e., the banners tethere¢ at the top only but not at the bottom) or tether, d at the top and bottom using banner arms that ar~ designed to breakaway at wind speeds at or above ~0 miles per hour. In addition, breakaway banner ~rms shall be equipped with a safety cable that s~ll keep the banner arm attached to the pole should the banner arm breakaway. ~ The Attachee shall attach such banner~ in a manner satisfactory to FPL and in accorda~ ~e with all applicable codes. In no event shall the banners be fa poles in a manner that causes o. stmuctural damage to the poles or attachments. Drilling or any other of poles is prohibited. Some form o: be selected. The Attachee shall exercise all preca' the attachment and agrees to warn ii agents, contractors, and i~vitees of ' 5he Doles on which the banners are t¢ contain high voltage electric wires such persons as to safety and measures which he or she mu$~ use wh or near tbs FPL poles. 2.01. 2.02. 2.03.
