I. SALARY: $65,000 Annually
2. IIEALTH INSURANCE: Managcr and family coverage to be provided and paid for by City
3. LIFE INSURANCE: City to provide term life insurance in an amount not to exceed twice
the Manager's annual s',dary subject to approval of policy coves'age by insurance carrier
4. RE'rlREMEN'F: City to contribute on tnatching dollar for dollar basis not to exceed
$3,750.00 per annum in a 457 dcferr~xt compen~tion program
5. AUTOMOBILE: City agrees to proved either a city owned or leased vehicle for the
Manager's exclusive and unrestricted use including all insurance, meintenance, and operating
c~sts
6. VACATION: 3 weeks per year during first 60 months of employment and 4 weeks
the. eager; Manager to receive full compen~tion fut' any accrued vacation at tiqm of
termilmtion o£employment
7. 51CK I,EAVE: Manager shall accrue sick leave at the same accrual rate as all other
employees of the City; Manager to receive full eompea~sation for any accrued sick leave at
time of termination of employnmnt
8, PROFESSIONAL DUES, MEMBI~.RSiilPS: City to pay the professional dues, and subscriptions
for the Manager necessary and desirable for his continued profassional participation and growth
9. CONFERENCES AND SEMINARS: City agrees to pay the expenses associated with the
attendance at conferences and seminars subject to reimbursement limits established by Florida
Statute or City Charter and as thnds have been budgeted by fl~e City
10. BUSINESS EXPENSES: As allowed by City Charter and Florida Statutes
11. DISCRETIONARY TIME: As provided in existing contract of currant manager
12. RELOCATION EXPENSES: Manager shall submit an invoice of costs associated with the moving
expenses of Manager from Po*t Charlolte. Fl. Io Sebastian; City to pay rek~ation costs associated
with the moving expenses not to exceed $3,000
13. LIVING EXPENSES: City agrees to pay the Manager a living allowance of Fifty Dollars ($50.00)
per day for five (5) days a week for a maximum period of six weeks
14. GENEILAL BENEFITS: Manager shall receive all other benefits that other city employees are
entitled to receive including cost of living increases
15. TERMINATION: In a case of termination without muse, lite city shall provide a minimum of 180
days written notice or provide a lump sum payment equal to 180 days of salary at the rate of pay at
time oftermitmtion, In addition, manager would be entitled to all vacation and any sick time
accumulated while in Sebastian.
