The members of the Sebastian Tree Board met at the home of John Shear on June 18,
2005, for the purpose of judging the Laurel oak in his back yard. Those present were:
Lynn Albury, Anne Dann, Henry Madson, Neil Lagin, Marsha Fusco, and John Almada,
advisor. The tree was measured and given a point total. Members of the press, from the
Press -Journal and the Hometown News were there also. The meeting began at 11 am,
and adjourned at 12:30 pm.
