. Prepared agenda packets and minutes for six (6) Regular City Council meetings, two (2) Special City
Council Meetings and one (1) City Council Workshop - attended meetings for a total of 19.25 PLUS
hrs.

. 12 Resolutions Adopted
. Four (4) Proclamations prepared for presentation
. Distributed 0 Code of Ordinances supplement to Council, staff and parties on mailing list

. Two (2) Easement vacations recorded

. Placed 9 Council agendas in the Press Journal
. Created City of Sebastian Public Broadcast Policy City Broadcasting and Council approved it by
Resolution No. R-05-09 on 2/23/05
. Deputy Clerk was the recording secretary for Collier Creek Canal Staff Workshop
. Swore in two new police officers
Records ManaQement ProQram
. 20 public records requests (this is a ballpark figure - no official record was kept of ill.! requests)
. 38 boxes of records that reached retention & 17 bags of duplicate and OSA records destroyed by

. Scanned into Laserfiche - 27 sets of minutes, 9 agenda packets, 4 City Manager newsletters & "The
Pelican Brief", 12 Resolutions, 3 Ordinances, 0 Cemetery lot certificates and supporting documents,

Election Matters
. Provided space and assisted Supervisor of Elections in City Hall for fifteen day early voting prior to the
March election
. Successful qualifying of nine candidates and canvassing of results for March 8, 2005 general election
. Conducted orientations for three newly elected City Council members
City Board Matters
. Filled ten (10) vacancies and conducted three orientations
Cemetery Matters
. 10 Certificates of Interment Rights for 14 locations issued for a total of $10,575.00.
Community Matters
. Coordinated with IRC to Host MPO Visioning Oversight Committee Meeting in Council Chambers on
2/25/05
. Coordinated video presentation, tours and goodie bags for Student Government day on 1/25/05
. Coordinated Step Up Florida with Health Dept.
. Administrative Secretary responded to 9 public e-mail inquiries
Personnel/Educational Matters
. City Clerk attended two FACC conference committee meetings
