. City Clerk attended Florida Institute of Government Leadership class at PBCC in Lake Worth in
September
Cemetery Files
. Cemetery as-built survey adopted as official cemetery map by Resolution of City Council on 9/10/03
. Meeting conducted with Park family to determine ownership/maintenance of Park cemetery - research
underway
Records ManaQement ProQram
. Completed import of all previously scanned documents to Laserfiche Imaging System -
. Notified all City staff that the following documents are now available for research:
y City Council Minutes - All imported/scanned to current date
y Board Minutes - All imported/scanned to current date
y Resolutions - All imported/scanned to current date
y Ordinances - All imported/scanned to current date
y Agenda Packets - All imported/scanned to current date
y City Manager Newsletters - 1999 - 2002 scanned
Election Matters
. March 9, 2004 General Election Candidate Packets completed for distribution and placed on City
website in PDF for downloading along with links to all supporting documents in September
Administrative Matters
. Full City Council agenda packets provided in PDF format for public on City website in July
. In keeping with a request from Administration to reduce proposed budgets for 2004, we made an effort
to cut back in 2003 and returned $16,000 to the City's general fund
Community Matters
. Three members of City staff volunteered to work at Clambake Festival in September
