1. Vice Chairwoman Crippen called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

3. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
4. Approval of April 25, 2001 Minutes
MOTION by BarcyzklBarrett
"I would like to make a motion to approve the minutes from our last
meeting."
VOICE VOTE on the motion carried 5-0.
5. Citv Manaoer Status Report
The City Manager reviewed the last application and stated a $300,000 match
from the City will accompany this application. He further stated improvements
would be governed by the final engineering plan which will be selected by council
to implement the program.
He requested the committee recommend to council that authorization be given to
proceed with the application as described. Discussion followed with the
members regarding water lines, drainage, right-of-way and time-line.
6. Address Recommendation to Citv Council
MOTION by BarczyklBarrett
"I move that we submit the Community Development Block Grant
application."
VOICE VOTE on the motion carried 5-0.
Mrs. Barczyk amended her motion to include "Recommendation to our
city council."
VOICE VOTE on the amended motion 5-0.
7. Vice Chairwoman Crippen adjourned the meeting.
