Meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by V.C. Morris.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular meeting held 12/13/05.

I make a motion we approve the minutes of meeting held 12/13/05 as written.
A voice vote was taken - passes unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS: None.
NEW BUSINESS: Experior Exam:
Edgcomb, Allan E.lPainting & Decorating
Mr. Edgcomb was sworn in by V.C. Morris.

I make a motion that we allow Mr. Edgcomb to take the Painting & Decorating test.

BOARD MATTERS: Discussion: Tested/Non-Tested Trades
The Board Secretary requested that Garage Door Installer, Building Maintenance and
Siding, Windows and Doors be added to the list of required tested trades. A discussion
followed.
Motion: Lanning/Carbano
I make a motion that we present to City Council for change of licensing and testing,
specifically Siding, Windows and Doors, Building Maintenance and Garage Door
Installer.

Ms. Lanning told the Board that she had spoken to Buddy Aikens, Building Official,
Indian River County hoping she could get some suggestions as to how to approach City
Council in the hiring of one more person. A discussion followed.
