AND LOCATED AT 1042 GENESEE AVENUE, IS REQUESTING A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE (GARAGE) TO
BE LOCATED 20 FEET FROM THE SECONDARY FRONT PROPERTY
LINE, WHEREAS THE CODE REQUIRES SUCH STRUCTURE TO BE
LOCATED A MINIMUM OF 25 FEET FROM THE SECONDARY FRONT
PROPERTY LINE.
