Legislative Support Matters

Prepared agenda packets and minutes for six Regular City Council meetings, two Special City Council
Meetings, two Board of Adjustment Meetings, zero CRA meetings and one City Council Workshop –
attended meetings for a total of 19.50 hrs.

One ordinance adopted, one passed on first reading

Four resolutions adopted

Coordinated with recipients for preparation and presentation of proclamations
??
Distributed one code of ordinances supplement to Council, staff and parties on mailing list
??
Placed seven Council agenda display ads in the Press Journal

Placed two legal notices in Press Journal

Coordinated three Council Members’ travel to IEMO

Election Matters
? Assisted Supervisor of Elections with two weeks of early voting in City Council Chambers

Successful completion of March 14, 2006 general election qualifying for four candidates and one PAC,
canvassing, swearing in of two new City Council members, and new member orientation
City Board Matters

Filled nine vacancies and conducted two orientation sessions

Deputy City Clerk recorded three Environmental Advisory Committee meetings

Records Program Manager recorded four Tree Advisory Board meetings
