The Board Secretary told the Board that Cindy Falco, alternate concerned citizen
position, resigned from the Board.
Mr. Nagy, alternate concerned contractor position, told the Board that he was also
resigning from the Board.
Both positions are effective immediately.
Ms. Lanning and Mr. Dalessandro registered scores in the scorebook.
