1. Ms. Bosworth reported on G RB Construction at 1290 Barber Street. This is their
third or fourth renewal and there have not been any problems at this site in the past.
Staff recommends approval.
MOTION by Oakes/Morrison to approve the renewal of the conditional use permit for
GRB Construction for a model home at 1290 Barber Street.

2. Ms. Bosworth continued with a report on Holiday Builders at 1078 & 1080 Barber
Street. Parking is on a vacant lot behind the model homes. There have been no
problems with this site and staff recommends approval.
MOTION by Oakes/Morrison to approve the renewal of the conditional use permit for
Holiday Builders at 1078 & 1080 Barber Street.

3. Chmn. Allocco opened the hearing and swore in the applicant. Ms. Bosworth
reviewed the staff report for this new model home. Todd Brognano, representing
Ameron Homes, said he would order a handicap sign to be in one of the model
driveways.
MOTION by Morrison/Oakes to approve the application for a conditional use permit for a
model home at 1438 Barber Street by Ameron Homes. Inc.

4. Ms. Bosworth explained that this model home is located within the Sebastian
Crossing subdivision. Parking will be across the street and a pedestrian crosswalk will
be utilized as long as the model homes are operational. Codes regarding allowable and
prohibited (off-premise) model home signs were discussed. Staff recommends approval
of the model homes.
MOTION by Morrison/Oakes to approve the model home applications for Burgoon
Berger with the condition that a temporary pedestrian crosswalk be installed.

5. Ms. Bosworth offered a brief history of the lot where JMC Contracting has put a
model home. The front of the house faces Roseland Road and the driveway and garage
are on Doctor Avenue. There was discussion with the applicant regarding signage and
handicap parking.
MOTION by Oakes/Simmons to approve the conditional use permit for a new model
home by JMC Contracting at 779 Roseland Road.

6. Ms. Bosworth presented the staff report on Maze Homes for model homes at 444,
448 and 452 Briarcliff Circle with parking on Lot 166 across the street. Even though the
homes have received their C/O's, the model home permits will not be issued until the
parking and signage have been inspected.
MOTION by Morrison/Oakes to approve the conditional use permits for new model
homes at 444, 448 and 452 Briarcliff Circle by Maze Homes.

MEMBERS MATTERS:
Mr. Mahoney expressed his pleasure at the landscaping being done at Captain and the
Cowboy, the old Hurricane Harbor. Also discussed was the awning at the Hula Grill and
that it has not yet been painted.
DIRECTOR MATTERS:
Ms. Grohall stated the July 20th meeting is cancelled and said the only item for the
special meeting on July 25 would be Paradise Marina.
ATTORNEY MATTERS:
None
Chmn. Allocco adjourned the meeting at 7:49 p.m.
