HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-86-17 ; . e e ORDINANCE NO.__2_~~_~~~1____ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, REZONING FROM COMMERCIAL OFFICE RESIDENTIAL (COR) TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL (CG) FOR LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 10, AND LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 9, AND THE EAST 100 FEET OF ABANDONED 80 FOOT ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, ALL IN EDGEWATER PARK SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: S~C'rIQN I The Zoning Classification of Commercial Office Residential (COR) is hereby changed to General Commercial (CG) for the following described property: "Lots 2 and 3, Block 10; Lots 21 and 22, Block 9; and the east 100 feet of an 80 foot road right of way, all in Edgewater Park Subdivision as per plat recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, now Indian River County." This property is east of U.S. Highway #1 and South of Harrison Street and the Morgan Horse Lounge.
