Meeting was called to order by V.C. Morris at 7:00 P.M.
Pledge of Allegiance was led by V.C. Morris.

Absent: Ch. Garland -excused
Mr. Conover - unexcused
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting held 11/14/06.
MOTION: Widup/Carbano
I make a motion we approve the minutes of meeting held 11/14/06 as written.
A voice vote was taken -passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: Thomson * Prometric Exam:
Gutierrez, Sue Ann/Electrical Contractor
Mrs. Gutierrez was sworn in by V.C. Morris.
There was discussion concerning not enough experience being shown. The Board
recommended she re-submit with more experience.
McCrillis, Brian C./Plumbing Contractor
Mr. McCrillis was sworn in by V.C. Morris.
MOTION: Morris/Carbano
I make a motion we approve Mr. McCrillis to take the Plumbing Contractor Exam.

Motion carries 5 - 0.
