APRIL 10, 2007
Meeting was called to order by Ch. Garland at 7:00 P.M.
Pledge of Allegiance was led by Ch. Garland.
ROLL CALL: Present: Ch. Garland Mr. Widup

Mrs. Carbano Ms. Canning
Mr. Hosey
Absent: Mr. Conover - unexcused
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular meeting held 3/13/07.
MOTION: Garland/Carbano
I make a motion we approve the minutes of regular meeting 3/13/07.
A voice vote was taken -passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: Thomson * Prometric Exam
Ch. Garland swore in all of the applicants at the same time.
DePino, Matthew/Plumbing Contractor
Motion: Morris/Dalessandro
I make a motion we approve Matthew DePino to take the Electrical Contractors Exam.

Lutz, Robert B./Residential Construction
Mrs. Carbano questioned the North Shore Homes letter. She felt the notary might have
forged Mr. Delnero's name.
During the discussion, Mr. Lutz told the Board he was interested in remodeling homes,
not build them.
Motion was called for, none was made.
Mr. Lutz was told to re-apply. Mrs. Carbano suggested he get a copy of Mr. Delnero's
contractor license along with a new letter.
Jones, Rupert L./Hurricane Protection
Mr. Jones was not present at the meeting. No action was taken.
Ford, Kim/Limited Painting
Ch. Garland noted that Page 4, Verification of Experience, the notary and signature
needed to be redone. She said it would be done tomorrow.
MOTION: Carbano/Garland
I make a motion we allow Kim Ford to take the test for Limited Painting.

BOARD MATTERS:
There was a brief discussion concerning the hearing for Damien Gilliams on March 20th.
There was also a discussion concerning fee changes and when they would be brought
before City Council.
The Board talked about Steve and Ken Lundy, aluminum contractors. Unfortunately, the
discussion was totally inaudible and could not be transcribed.

There being no further discussion, meeting adjourned at 8:25 P.M.
