Ms. Ronan told the Board they paid the contractor according to the draw schedule in their contract and then found out that they were not paying the sub-contractors for the work that was covered by the draws, so there were liens applied against their property. V.C. Morris asked if she had any idea about how much they had paid him and about how much there is in outstanding liens that are different between what they paid and where they are? Ms. Ronan said that most of the liens have been satisfied. Some were paid by them and some by us. She said that they had taken over the permit and doing it themselves. V.C.
