Fran was born in Brooklyn, NY, on January 14, 1945 to Rose and Joseph Titello. She went to high school at Stamford High School in Stamford, CT and graduated in 1962. Fran worked as a Teacher's Aide for Fairfield County Schools and she retired from the United States Postal Service. She enjoyed everything in life but she especially loved swimming, movies, games and spending time with her family and friends. Fran is preceded in death by her parents Rose and Joe Titello. Survivors include her husband Peter, daughter Rosanne Socci, daughter Lisanne Randolph, Granddaughter Hannah Rose Bums, and her beloved Dachshund, Louie. Visitation will be held at Strunk Funeral Home in Sebastian on Friday, August 18, 2017 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at St. Sebastian Church on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 11:00 am.
