Page 1 of 1 REGINALD ERNEST FAIRFAX Reginald Ernest Fairfax, 100, died Oct. 30, 2008, at his home. He was born in the English settlement of LaGloria, Cuba, and moved to Micco in 1990, coming from Fort Lauderdale. Before retirement, he owned and operated the Mill Plain Garage from 1945 until 1962. He was a member of Roseland United Methodist Church, a charter member and past chief of the Mill Plain Fire Department and a past member of the Brewster Grange in New York. Survivors include his daughters, Anne Rowe, Jean Koss, Joyce Pearce and Barbara Tilton, all of Micco; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Margaret Palmer Fairfax. Memorial contributions may be made to the Roseland United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 157, Roseland, FL 32957. SERVICES: A private family service will be conducted with burial in Sebastian Cemetery. Arrangements are by Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Sebastian.
