R-08-01 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF THE PRELIMNARY PLAT FOR A TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS BRISTOL LAKES SUBDIVISION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Resolution No. R-06-24 was adopted on January 10, 2007, approving a preliminary plat for a townhouse development known as Bristol Lakes Subdivision; and WHEREAS, Sebastian Village, LLC, has requested an extension of the preliminary plat for Bristol Lakes Subdivision, for an additional 18-month period; and WHEREAS, Sebastian Village, LLC, has agreed to certain additional conditions regarding environmental issues on the site, in accordance with city policy; and WHEREAS, said subdivision and plat comply with applicable State and City codes and regulations; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, as follows: Section 1. PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL EXTENSION. The City Council of the City of Sebastian does hereby approve an 18-month extension to the preliminary plat and subdivision plan for Bristol Lakes Subdivision prepared by Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard, LLC, with the engineer's stamp and signature dated September 28, 2007, as maintained on file with the City Growth Management Department. Section 2. CONFLICT. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
